Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Mandi Naturals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we deal in natural food products, hygiene and freshness are our top priorities. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
Please note: Opened food packets cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless the product was spoilt upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Send us a picture of the damaged/incorrect product via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including shipping charges.
Refund Process & Shipping
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the error was ours).
